How Shipping Works:
I've simplified it for you! To ensure your order arrives by Friday of the same week, make sure to submit your order by midnight Monday and choose our standard shipping.
By ordering before midnight Monday for most orders and selecting the shipping option at checkout, you'll qualify for our On-Time Guarantee. If your order doesn't arrive by the guaranteed date, I'll refund your account with $5.00 store credit.
Please note, while we strive to avoid delays, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as supplier or shipper delays) may occur. With over 15 years of printing experience, such delays are extremely rare. Therefore, place your order without worry, and I'll handle everything with care. For order status inquiries or tracking information, please reach out to me directly. Due to the high volume of seasonal business, automatic tracking of all orders isn't allays feasible and I may miss sending out notification. Rest assured, if you've not gotten your tracking information, your order will arrive on time. I'll promptly email you tracking details as soon as possible when you have contacted me.
